Position: Payroll Implimentation Manager
Experience Required: Oracle Fusion Implementation and Payroll experience
Duration: End of August with potential extension
Remote Work Possible
Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are urgently looking to hire two Payroll Managers with expertise in payroll systems, specifically in Oracle Fusion Implementation and payroll processing. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing payroll operations for a large workforce.

Key Duties:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion for payroll processing, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversee payroll functions, including processing, tax calculations, and benefits administration, while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.
• Act as a subject matter expert on payroll matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and resolving complex payroll issues.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance payroll system functionalities.
