Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large organisation based in Bristol with the recruitment of 2 Payroll Coordinators to assist with a new project. Using Workday Payroll, this role will be based 2 days in the office. These are 12 month contract positions. 

Duties will include;

  • Support the Payroll Manager in delivering an accurate and timely payroll 
  • Assist in dealing with employee payroll queries.
  • Processing and checking all pay and benefit related changes
  • Submit payroll by set deadline to create BACS automation
  • Create and update payroll standard operating procedures
  • Process and reconcile cycle to work & season ticket loans repayments.
  • Process all third party payments via bacs payments by legislative deadlines.
  • Complete general administration duties (e.g. sending out tax forms, updating records).
  • Run payroll reports when required.

Experience required;

  • Previous experience working in payroll (CIPP professional desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge of Workday Payroll is essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential
  • Able to use initiative
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working to deadlines
