SThree is delighted to announce that we are currently accepting applications for a Payroll Analyst for a fixed term contract. This position presents an excellent opportunity to join our team in a senior capacity, working with a global audience of stakeholders. Additionally, it offers the potential for growth within an international company.

The internal payroll team at SThree is responsible for paying over 3000 colleagues in 12 countries globally. By joining us, you'll bring your payroll experience to a supportive, dedicated and friendly team in a successful and ever expanding business with ambitious plans for growth. You'll be involved in SAP related payroll processes & working with external payroll providers, to ensure that all of our people get paid accurately and on time. You'll be part of a fantastic team who work closely together to ensure that our processes are effective, up to date and internationally compliant. You'll be a key contributor within our payroll team and work closely with stakeholders as well as our global payroll providers. Interpersonal skills, good communication and the proven ability to work accurately with tight deadlines and a strong focus on results are a must. This position reports to the Payroll Lead.

What are the day-to-day tasks?

  • Process monthly payrolls and check payroll input/output data for complete accuracy
  • Process payments to employees inside the agreed process
  • Take responsibility for lodging statutory reports, tax returns and third party requests, making payments and reconciling
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders
  • Balance payroll journals and supply General Ledger team with payroll reports as required
  • Provide ad hoc reports as required
  • Responding to all queries in line with agreed SLA's.
  • Support with internal and external audit preparation.

What skills and knowledge are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background of end to end process
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel,(VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) with an excellent standard of formatting
  • A good working knowledge of financial systems (with previous experience of SAP)

Qualifications:

  • CIPP Payroll qualification and or relevant experience
