Henderson Brown is thrilled to be recruiting for our esteemed long-standing client who are seeking a dedicated Payroll Advisor to join their team. This 12-month fixed term contract offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth payroll operations within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to :
* Collaborate closely with the HR department to collect and process inputs for the weekly paid workforce.
* Provide weekly data to the third-party payroll provider, Moorepay, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
* meticulously review and interpret draft outputs from Moorepay to ensure accuracy and alignment with HR inputs.
* Track and resolve errors in both Moorepay and HR outputs, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Verify the accuracy of Moorepay prepared BACs for payroll transactions.
* Generate insightful weekly labor cost reports and analysis for relevant profit and loss reporting.
* Offer invaluable support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions upon completion of payroll processing.
The ideal candidate will have :
* Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
* A keen eye for detail coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and rectifying errors.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* A relevant graduate-level qualification would be advantageous.
* Previous experience in payroll administration is highly desirable.
