Reed Accountancy are working with a local organisation in Portsmouth to find a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. 

This role would suit a payroll clerk who has some HR administration experience, with the role being 80% payroll and 20% HR admin. 

They are offering a salary of up to £32K depending on experience and great company benefits. 

Details of the role: 

  • Managing the weekly payroll of circa 200 employees and assist with other office locations payrolls. 
  • Manual payroll processing experience. 
  • Working closely with HR and the finance team.
  • Assisting with process improvement and systems implementation projects. 

This is an exciting role with lots of new projects in the pipeline to be involved in. Offering progression for the right person. 

The role will be fully office based initially but potential for some hybrid working in the future once new systems are in place.
