Page Personnel are exclusively partnering with a market leading business, based in Birkenhead, who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end to end payroll process.

Description

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Processing end to end payroll for over 200 employees on a monthly basis
  • Filing with HMRC
  • Submission of pension schedules
  • Manual calculations
  • Processing payroll deductions
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Processing P45s
  • Allocating tax codes
  • Processing absences including holiday, sickness, and parental leave
  • Resolving payroll related queries
  • All areas of payroll administration
  • Keeping up to date with laws and regulations in relation to Payroll

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • A genuine desire to learn

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown, increasing with length of service
