Salary : £23,000 - £28,000

We are currently Established Firm of Accountants & Business Advisors who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Fully Office Based Monday - Friday with some flexibility on hours worked.

Key Duties:

  • First Point of Contact for Payroll Service Clients
  • Prepare / Process / Maintain & Submit Accurate Payroll Information & Records
  • Data Entry for all Personnel Transactions such as New Hires / Terminations / Leave of Absence / Benefits Deductions etc
  • Calculating / Processing Deductions including PAYE / Tax / NI / SSP
  • Research & Resolve Problems
  • Raise Fee Notes to Clients
  • Prepare & Maintain Ad Hoc Reports

Profile:

  • Good Working Knowledge of Practical Payroll Matters & Current HMRC Legislation including RTI
  • Sage experience needed
  • Ideally have worked within a Practice Environment or dealt with Multiple Payrolls
  • Strong Communication & IT Skills
  • Willing to work part of a team
