Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to be responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll calculations for clients.

Core responsibilities are:

  • Registration of PAYE schemes with HM Revenue and Customs.
  • Liasing with clients to ensure timely provision of relevant information.
  • Preparation of salary calculations from client information supplied, including processing additions and deductions (including overtime, expenses, statutory maternity/paternity pay, statutory sick pay and others as required.
  • Dealing with leavers and starters.
  • All necessary Real Time Information filing with HM Revenue and Customs.
  • Advising clients of amounts due in respect of net pay, statutory deductions and others.
  • Dealing with pension contributions and deductions, filing relevant auto enrolment declarations (NEST and Peoples Pension).
  • Assisting accounts staff with P11d preparation and filing if needed.
  • Basic bookkeeping duties

Applicants with a CIPP qualification would be preferred but support would be offered to a suitably experienced candidate, wishing to study.

We offer flexible working hours between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
