Payroll Administrator
Payroll Administrator - Wallington 4 or 5 days per week
Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an experienced Administrator to help out in the administration department on a permanent basis. This is an excellent job for somebody with good admin experience who is numerate and wants a nice job local to where they live. e
Duties will include:
- Collate weekly payroll, ensuring all timesheets are in and looking for discrepancies
- Processing weekly expenses
- Updating holiday records
- Working from Excel spreadsheets daily
- Sending out payslips to workers
- Any other admin as required
The suitable candidate:
- Live locally to Wallington
- Have administration experience
- Be good with Microsoft Excel
- Numerate
- Experience working in accounts/payroll would be preferred, however being numerate with good administration experience is also fine
This is a permanent OFFICE BASED role - we will consider part-time candidates with the correct experience.
