Payroll Administrator| Full time and Permanent | London (Hybrid) |Salary up to £31,000
 
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a small payroll team in an accountancy firm in a hands on and fast paced role. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for 1800 employees all based in the UK. You will be working hand in hand with the Payroll Manager in supporting with the new software implementation and digitalisation project. Responsibilities:
·Processing in house end to end payroll.
·Verify employee timekeeping records and ensure accuracy of hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
·Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
·Prepare and distribute payroll reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
·Pension reports
·Address payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees in a professional and timely manner.
·Experience with P60's and P11D's
·Stay up to date with payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
·Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies.
·Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents for audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
·Proven experience working as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
·Strong understanding of payroll processing principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
·SAP SuccessFactors experience (advantageous)
·Resilient, Proactive and Driven
·Understanding of Partnerships/ A background in professional service (desirable)
·Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
