Payroll Administrator

Kenton Black Finance are delighted to represent a successful professional business in the Bingley area, who are seeking offering a great opportunity for a capable Payroll Administrator to undertake a full end to end payroll processing role for up to 4 days per week. Working alongside the Payroll Manager, this position requires previous payroll experience ideally within accountancy/umbrella/bureau or similar environment and offers a stable working environment.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -

Full end to end Payroll processing end to end for both weekly/monthly & four weekly payrolls for a varied portfolio of SME's to larger clients using a SAGE system. Sage training can be provided
Processing of BACS payments
Dealing with Auto enrolment pension processing
RTI filing and end of year processing
SMP/SSP
Processing new starters/leavers, P45/P46's, P60's etc
Dealing with client queries and providing a professional service to all clients over the telephone and via email.

Software knowledge of ideally SAGE (desirable, not essential, training provided)

Person Specification

Full end to end payroll processing experience processing weekly/monthly/4 weekly payrolls
Proactive approach to resolving client payroll queries
Confident, friendly communication/telephone manner
Previous payroll experience within a similar role

The successful candidate will ideally possess strong payroll expertise within accountancy/umbrella/bureau or similar running both weekly, fortnightly, monthly payrolls from end to end, In addition, the successful candidate will possess a friendly and confident telephone manner, able to deal with client enquiries/queries effectively, thereby creating a positive impression.

Package: to £36K (full time equivalent doe, pro rata for 3-4 days) + 24 days hols + Pension + Parking + Flexible working option in future + Healthcare
