Payroll Administrator - Top 25 Accountancy Firm

As part a team of 7, you will be responsible for weekly and monthly payrolls for a varied client portfolio.

You:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Payroll position, within an Accountancy Firm or bureau
  • Able to work in a team

Duties:

  • Processing payrolls from beginning to end in accordance to legislation, ensuring all transactions are approved by an authorised person
  • Processing leavers, calculating holiday payments
  • Inputting changes to employee personal details
  • Inputting statutory changes, P45, P46, P6, P9
  • Answering client queries and questions
  • Ensuring all payrolls under your responsibility are processed and paid on time
  • Assisting with the administration of new clients
