Payments Platform Program Manager

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join their Treasury and Trade solution team. They are looking for a dynamic candidate to Modernise their Core Banking Platform.

In this role, the successful candidate will Lead Transformation Efforts across multiple strategic programs spanning globally. This includes Standardization of Core Banking Products / capabilities / flows across Multiple Lines of Business, Platform Hardening, and planning of strategic Migration / Conversion to a Target State Platform Stack.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in Banking and Financial Services
• Strong proficiency in knowledge with SAFe Agile methodologies
• Strong experience in large Transformations / Conversions / Migrations
• Experience with Modernizing Legacy Technology Platforms
• Experience owning an application End-to-End
• Experience facing off to Senior Business Stakeholders
• Ability to Simplify Complex Technical requirements
