Payments Operations Analyst (Middle Office)

I am recruiting for International Payment Operations professionals with a global fintech.

The Fintech has its UK operations presence in Coventry and Offices in London and around the world. They are one of the biggest voices in global payments having started out as a small FX exchange firm more than 40 years ago.

In this role you will be at the forefront of the global payments industry, with plenty of opportunities for advancement and gaining valuable skills in the financial services world.

If you are not fully 100% but have a bit of experience in the space, still get in touch as full training will be provided.

The roles I am hiring for will involve the following.

• Process a wide variety of FX Payments for the client base.
• Ensure all FX transactions are confirmed, settled, and reconciled daily.
• Maintain accurate records of all bank accounts and transactions.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage day-to-daybanking and reconciliation activities efficiently.
• Help investigate any failed payments that may happen.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in FX products, terminology, processes, and compliance would be amazing.
• Perform multi-currency reconciliations on GL accounts.
• A proactive approach with a proven track record of managing processes anddriving changes from conception to implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MSOffice, especially Excel.
• Most importantly a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond foryourself and your team

Very important note

One requirement that is paramount. We cannot accept any applications from people who are unable to work in the UK indefinitely. Unfortunately, we cannot move forward if you are visa dependent or cannot work in the UK legally for at least 5 years. This company cannot offer visa sponsorship.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year + annual discretionary bonus
