Pay to Purchase/Accounts Payable Administrator - Manchester - Up to £35,000

A leading, well established, creative Manufacturing company based in the Heart of Manchester is seeking a Pay to Purchase/Accounts Payable Administrator to join their motivated, welcoming team.

Pay to Purchase/Accounts Payable Administrator duties:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • Working closely with logistics and sales team.
  • Handle the processing of stock invoices and ensure alignment with orders.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices/documentation from suppliers prior to submission to relevant parties like banks and clearing agents.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising Department regarding supplier orders as necessary.
