Shorterm Group are delighted to be partnered with a leading organisation in passive fire protection, subsea & insulation on their search for a Patternmaker on a full time, permanent basis.

You'll join the team based out of their HQ in Quedgeley, supporting Manufacturing operations.

You'll spend your days creating patterns/moulds from metal, wood and composite materials. A lot of this work is done using CAD data and drawings. You'll be maintaining tools and equipment and general housekeeping. There is an element of CNC programming with this post, so CNC programming experience would be desirable. There may also be some visit to other sites, but all travel/accommodation will be paid for by the client.

Ideally you'll be an experienced Pattern/Mould Maker with experience constructing moulds from various materials. Experience setting up and operating machines such as sanders, circular saws, mills and lathes is essential.

In return you can expect a salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including bonus up to 15%, 25 days holiday & life assurance.
