As a Patient Support Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical inquiries via phone calls and emails. You will engage with prospective and current customers, including patients, their support persons, and healthcare professionals, providing them with the best possible resolution to their concerns. Every call will be diligently recorded into the system to ensure accuracy and accountability.

By promoting precise information and demonstrating your strong interpersonal skills, you will help create an excellent customer experience.
