Patient Care Advisor
I am currently recruting for a Patient Care Advisor to work at a Pharmaceutical homecare company in Tamworth.
The client is a Pharmaceutical homecare company who are responsible for processing specialist prescriptions that are to be sent to patients in their own homes.
The role of the Patient Care Advisor is to act as the first point of call for all queries raised by patients or Trusts. You will ensure that all deliveries are schedules, so that the patient never runs out of their medication.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to respond to emails professionally. You will also be required to update and maintain patients records, so accuracy with this is essential.
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The team operates form 8am to 8pm, so you will be covering rota's shifts during these hours.
