We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join the team as a Patient Advisor / Sales. In this role, you will serve as a crucial liaison between patients and healthcare providers, offering support, guidance, and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.

Located within the heart of London W1G, this Private Medical Clinic requires Patient Advisor / Sales team members. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in leading the Clinic into it's next stage of development. Seeking an experienced and proactive Patient advisor / Sales to join an High end, enthusiastic, friendly and caring team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions regarding healthcare services, treatment options, and administrative processes.
- Serve as a trusted resource for patients, offering information on medical conditions, procedures, and available resources.
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, including scheduling appointments, obtaining referrals, and accessing necessary services.
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive quality care and are treated with dignity and respect.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer service patient-facing role, within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong empathy and compassion for patients and their families, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (preferred).
