Description

The successful Patent Paralegal will hold the following key responsibilities:

  • Preparing documents for online filing of UK, EPO and PCT Forms.
  • Preparing and updating prior art files, and also preparing IDS and Section 8.
  • Billing responsibilities including adding service and official fees to WIP as well as other paralegal duties.
  • Responsible for building a strong external and internal network of relationships.

Profile

The successful Patent Paralegal will have at least 2 years experience as a Patent Paralegal in a similar law firm.
