Our Client ~ A magnificent Country House Hotel (76 Bedrooms / 2 Rosettes) and offering the ultimate in Luxury Accommodation and Food & Beverages seek a suitably qualified Pastry Chef to join their award winning brigade.
This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic quality Hotel that can offer secure employment backed by excellent working conditions.
To produce for the 2 Rosette Restaurant alongside Banqueting to 150 / 50 Weddings PA
No living in is offered with this position but help and advice can be offered for local rental if required
Role Description :
Daily "Pastry" production for all areas
Supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef
Ordering - Stock Controls
Meeting Food Costs
Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep departmental records "up to date"
Health, Safety & Hygiene - COSHH - HACCP Risk Assessments
Meeting & exceeding guest expectations at all opportunities
Menu Compilation & Development
Experience Required :
You will be an experienced Pastry Chef able to produce for multi areas and with a quality background that meets 2 Rosette standards.
