An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Neighbourly Matters Consultancy located on the Southbank for a Party Wall Specialist at Senior/Associate level.

The company holds a prominent position in the field of Party Wall Surveying, collaborating closely with investors, developers, owners, and tenants on various commercial and residential projects. Boasting a rich history, they possess centuries of accumulated expertise to draw upon.

Currently operating with a team of approximately 40 employees in their London office, the company is committed to maintaining its recent growth trajectory, having established and grown additional offices across different UK locations. The role calls for an industry specialist in Party Wall matters, necessitating a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. As the Senior Technical lead for all Party Wall matters, the chosen candidate will play a crucial role in managing a team, participating in recruitment efforts, promoting the company, and driving new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.

In return for the skills and experience outlined above, the company offers a market leading salary (up to £85k DOE), complemented by bonus and benefits.
