Role: Parts Telesales Advisor
Shifts: Monday to Friday (40hrs per week) Dayshift
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £11.44ph
Location: Houghton le Spring

Are you passionate about automobiles and love helping customers find the perfect parts for their vehicles? Do you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Parts Telesales Advisor!

Our client are dedicated to providing top-notch automotive parts and exceptional customer service. With our wide range of products and knowledgeable team, we help customers keep their vehicles running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers over the phone in identifying the right parts for their vehicles.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on product selection and compatibility.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Stay up-to-date on automotive trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales or customer service preferred.
  • Experience working within a fast passed call centre environment
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn about new products and technologies.
