Parts Sales Advisor

Your role as a Parts Sales Advisor:
Working as a part of a team, you will be supporting, promoting and selling parts to a mixture of internal and existing customers across UK and Ireland. The role will be a 50/50 mix of sales to existing and lapsed customers as providing support to the customers. Duties will include:

• Proactively calling lapsed and existing customers to win parts sales, generating and qualifying leads
• Working to targets to expand parts sales throughout designated territories of the UK and Ireland
• Supporting internal and external customers handling parts enquiries including special deals and discount requests
• Creating and maintaining customer accounts
• Ordering parts, providing quotes and invoicing for parts, following up payments for goods supplied
• Ensuring the daily flow of incoming and outgoing parts
• Registering, tracking and managing inventory balance in the service vehicles and onsite
• As needed, attending customer visits to strengthen parts sales and customer care

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a proactive parts sales role is essential, possibly in the automotive, engineering or other mechanical sector
• A technical understanding of machinery and able to understand a customer's requirements
• Confident to make proactive outbound calls
• Resilient, determined and driven
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
• Positive and upbeat team player with a good sense of humour
• Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook including the ability to use pivot
  tables
