Job Title: Parts Advisor.

Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-owned dealership who are looking to add an additional Parts Advisor to their team due to growth within the business. You will be joining a busy and fast-paced environment with a considerable trade business.

We are looking for candidates who share a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service for all our customers and are willing to learn new skills both as an individual and as part of a team. The successful candidate must have experience working within an aftersales/automotive industry and be someone who can thrive in this environment and complement the strengths of the existing team.

Salary for Parts Advisor: up to £25,000 basic salary - Plus a monthly customer satisfaction bonus.

Hours: 45 hours per week. Saturday on rota which is paid at overtime

Responsibilities of Parts Advisor:

  • Assisting workshop, trade, and retail customers with parts-related enquiries through all communication channels
  • Maximising all sales opportunities
  • Keeping stock maintained
  • Ordering parts
  • Using DMS/Parts catalogues
  • Checking parts in
  • Dealing with customer over the phone
  • Managing warranty and new parts returns

  • Enthusiasm with good people skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have good organisational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Flexibility and be able to manage a variety of jobs at any one time.
