Parts Advisor  
 
Location: Isle of Wight. 
 
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (uncapped commission!)
 
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM.
1 in 2 Saturdays, 8.30AM-1PM.
 
Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who as a result of success are growing the business.
 
As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for: 
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of products to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Accept returned parts, servicing and cleaning them upon return.
  • Maintaining display areas, following high company standards.
  • Packing products efficiently and carefully, ready for dispatch.
  • Stock checking duties.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and filed according to company policy.
  • Assisting with the delivery of products.
The ideal Parts Advisor:
  • Will want to learn.
  • Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change.
  • Will have previous experience within an administration role.
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will have good communications skills.
  • Will want to develop within an organisation.
  • Will have a Technical Qualification or proven experience of working with vehicle parts.
  • Will have a full clean driving licence.
