The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Recruitment is delighted to be retained in leading the search for a newly created Parts & Accessories Commercial Manager appointment, for a key repeat client, Husqvarna.  The role will be remote, with UK wide travel and will report into the Head of Sales Operations within the Forest and Garden dealer channel.

Role Profile:
  • Driving healthy growth and sales performance within the parts & accessories and commercial services revenue streams.
  • Effective account management of existing P&A only dealer partners.
  • Drive growth via new dealer onboarding for P&A.
  • Acting as the ambassador for the services and parts & accessories offerings.
  • Build strong relationships and develop robust sales plans across the sales and after sales teams.
  • Effective CRM management to drive commercial performance.
  • Pipeline, performance and trend analysis and reporting.
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets and relevant KPIs.
  • Own the product management of P&A portfolio in line with market intelligence.

Person Specification:
  • Previous sales / account management experience particularly in a high-volume parts/accessories/aftersales role.
  • Experience working with a large product/SKU portfolio
  • Customer-focussed, highly motivated and analytical individual
  • External face to face commercial experience.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end life cycle management of products
  • An understanding of the regulatory requirements within financing / leasing / credit offerings would be a distinct advantage.
  • Comfortable with remote working and regular business travel / overnight stays.
