Partnerships Manager - Remote (2 days per month in London)

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience - OTE £12k per annum

Do you have experience within Business Development and Employer Engagement? Do you have specific expertise within the AEB Sector?

This new and exciting Partnership Manager role sits within the Training Sales team where you will be expected to drive client relationships, activity, and vacancy generation leading to employment starts for Digital bootcamp and AEB graduates.

You will be an influential, experienced and proactive business development expert used to working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations. Supported by the marketing and resourcing functions across the wider business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To achieve set activity & new client targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
  • To generate success from sales calls and client meetings
  • To create and deliver a sector focused engagement plan
  • Managing client relationships to the highest standard
  • To effectively cross-sell all aspects of the business
  • Deliver sector information sessions
  • To be a brand champion for the business
  • To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
  • To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
  • New Business Tenders and Pitches
  • Maintaining all relevant management information on the CRM

Candidate Requirements

· 3+ years B2B sales experience

  • Ability to articulate technical content to C suite stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner
  • High levels of Pace, Passion & Persuasion
  • Solutions orientated, commercially astute and always seeking to improve own ability
  • Excellent Inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans
  • Help integrate new starters into the business
  • Leads on initiatives and operates with minimum instruction
  • Ability to influence others for benefit of the business
