As Partnerships Manager you will manage the retention bidding process, closing multiple tenders and possible new business proposals to achieve an annual retention target that supports the overall Net Growth target.


The Partnerships Manager will retain and sell to education clients in the school's sector, across the UK, these can sometimes be complex tender processes and so this role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple steps of a process and multiple internal and external stakeholders. In addition a sound commercial understanding, ability to listen and understand client requirements is required to develop winning and deliverable financial proposals.


The successful Partnerships Manager will:


  • Have previous sales/retention experience and be target focused
  • Knowledge of the education/foodservice sector
  • Be highly literate, numerate and competent in all MS packages
  • Have a proven track record exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the end to end sales process
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver a retention strategy that maximises potential sales and profitability
  • Bid/Tender experience


Experience in the education/foodservice sector and/or operations would be advantageous but not essential
