Partner and TPI Relationship Manager
Based around the Manchester area - remote working

  • Full time (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm), permanent
  • £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a passionate, motivated and driven team player to help build the Partner & TPI channel and drive growth in the business.


Key Responsibilities:

In this exciting role, you will thrive in taking ownership of the following key duties:

  • Oversee Partners & TPIs for Acquisitions, Renewals, and new services.
  • Develop growth plans and market visibility with Partners & TPIs.
  • Identify and communicate sales challenges to senior management.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for contracts.
  • Leverage market experience to source new Partners & TPIs.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Partner & TPI inquiries.
  • Gain deep knowledge of Partners & TPIs for better collaboration.
  • Achieve profit and margin targets through regular feedback.
  • Support Partners & TPIs through contract journey and product understanding.
  • Manage Partner & TPI performance and growth targets
  • Assist in debt reduction for Partner & TPI customers
  • Lead incentives to drive business through TPIs
  • Provide off-site support and manage workload independently
  • Support business events, conferences, and promotions
  • Report account status and pipeline updates to manager


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in energy sales, ideally with experience from both a Supplier and a Broker
  • A people person, who’s confident in building new and existing relationships
  • An ambitious person who is looking to help support and guide the business to sustainable growth
  • A team player who isn’t afraid to get into the trenches and support their colleagues
  • Self motivated person, who relishes a challenge and is always looking to ways to grow both the business and themselves
  • A problem solver who knows how get things done and come up with innovative solutions to potential problems
  • Always stays polite and speaks to people with respect even in challenging circumstances
