They have earn themselves an excellent reputation utilising cutting edge technology and are keen to continue their growth with the addition of a talented experienced Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their team in Somerset.

The successful candidate will have strong technical and design abilities be a confident user of Sketch Up and AutoCAD, post qualification experience within a Architectural practice and through knowledge of current UK Building regulations.

Responsibilities, experience, and skills for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

• RIBA Part Two Accreditation
• Some post qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
• Experience working on residential projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up and other industry standard software
• Good understanding of the planning process
• Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent design abilities and sound technical competence
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Strong communication skills
• Be local to the area
