An established services provider based in Oxford is seeking Training Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month FTC, part time basis (25 hours per week).

Working within the Operations department you will coordinate training programs by supporting trainers and ensuring participants receive high quality experience throughout. You will liaise with trainers and venue staff members to ensure training programs run smoothly both online and in person as well as resolve any queries that may arise.

In addition, you will ensure all training documentation is completed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous training coordinator experience as well as customer service skills within a commercial office environment. You will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and as well as strong communication and time management skills. In addition, ERP or CRM systems knowledge is preferred but not essential.
