Service Advisor

Our client is seeking someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner. You will assist customers with the loading and unloading of machinery and have good keyboard and PC skills as well as a good knowledge of Word & Excel. You will be able to communicate at all levels within the business and act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

This role requires a person who is highly organised and who has the ability to multi task efficiently. You will be self motivated with the ability to work well with others, accurate with numbers as you will be dealing with cash and have a flexible and approachable manner. You will also be confident and show initiative and have a professional and tidy appearance with strong attention to detail.

You will liaise with technicians and customers in relation to the repair and maintenance of machinery.

An interest/knowledge of agricultural machinery would be a distinct advantage or you will have ideally worked within the motor service industry.

You will be happy to work in noisy environment and in and around the shop floor.

This is a part time role for 27.5 hours per week and the hours are 9am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday.
