Part-time Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Sales Negotiator to join a market leader within the property industry, based in the town of Leighton Buzzard. For this role, it is integral you have a core understanding of the local area. Previous property experience is preferred, however, not essential.

For this role, you MUST have a UK driving licence, and a car available. Also, a core understanding/knowledge of Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding areas is required/essential.

Working Hours (4 days a week):

  • Monday - 09:00am - 18:00pm
  • Tuesday - 09:00am - 18:00pm
  • Thursday - 09:00am - 18:00pm
  • Saturday - 08:45am - 16:00pm

Please note, there is no flexibility on the above working hours.

Duties:

  • To conducting property viewings.
  • Answering phones, handling emails, and dealing with enquiries.
  • Ensuring first class customer service is provided.
  • Registering vendors and buyers search requirements, and following up on leads.
  • Providing viewing feedback to vendors/buyers.
  • Keeping all relevant parties updated in relation to proceedings.
  • Working within a collaborative team, and supporting with general admin duties.

Candidate Profile:

  • Customer service skills - essential.
  • UK driving licence, with a vehicle available - essential.
  • Property industry knowledge/experience - preferred.
  • Core understanding and knowledge of Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding areas - essential.
  • Strong computer skills - essential.
  • Literate & numerical - essential.
