The Job

Our client is looking for a PART TIME RECEPTIONIST to join their team. This will suit someone with a background in a similar role (Receptionist, Front of House etc) who has experience with: managing front of house/reception area, managing a telephony system/switchboard. This is a fantastic job for someone who wants to be part of a team and work collaboratively within the Operations department to uphold the highest standard of work and reputation.

Duties

  • Handling the process of the telephony system
  • Manage front of house (usual receptionist duties)
  • Supporting the operational department when required
  • Meet & greet for all visitors coming through to reception
  • Dealing with inbound & outbound post
  • Managing the car park
  • Answering the inbound calls to the business with a professional tone & upholding the company’s reputation whilst taking messages and passing calls through to the relevant departments
  • Arranging taxi’s & couriers where necessary

Mon-Fri 09.00 - 13.15 OR 13:15 - 17:30

Essentials

  • Good communicator
  • Good IT skills
  • Experienced Receptionist
  • Experienced in managing a telephony switchboard
  • Exceptional telephone manner
