Part-Time Receptionist

Global law firm is seeking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist on an initial 8-month FTC to support their Front of House team and provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all internal and external clients and visitors to their London office.

You will be required to work in their office Tuesday to Thursday. You will be working 24 hours a week, with alternating shifts with a one-hour lunch break.

Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the firm in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Take responsibility for the client experience and ensure that they meet with the correct personnel.
  • Assist at client functions and managing the cloakroom.
  • Ensure that all client and visitor needs are met.
  • Maintain constant communication between the main reception and client floor reception.
  • Manage the following room collections on the meeting room booking system.
  • Supervise the presentation and upkeep of all client meeting rooms.

Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Previous Reception / FOH experience gained from a law firm or professional services firm.
  • Experience in a high quality, demanding customer focused / service environment, such as a 5* hotel.
  • Effective communicator, written and orally.
  • Able to prioritise client requests and deliver within agreed timescales.
  • Previous experience of using a room booking system would be advantageous.
