Our client is a leading British bathroom brassware manufacturer supplying their clients worldwide. Quality is at the centre of everything they do and they never compromise on design or manufacturing

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting them with their vacancy for Part Time PA to join their team in Cheddar, initially on a 6 month contract. This is a part time role to support with the MD and Executive Team with administration and co-ordination

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing expenses for the Executive Team
  • Organising events
  • Managing the MD and other Exec’s diaries when requested
  • HR administration
  • Handling specific projects across the business (some may be of a confidential nature)
  • Completion of meeting minutes for specific forums and the following up on action completion
  • Liaison with suppliers, customers and colleagues within the group
  • Support with or the completion of other administrative tasks

The role will be based in Cheddar but which will involve the need to be in Bridgwater on occasion as well as very occasional travel to UK locations where events or meetings will be held (e.g. 2-3 times per year)

The Person:

For this role they are looking for an experienced PA and ideally who has supported at senior management level.

They are also looking for someone who is:

  • A confidential approach
  • Trustworthy
  • Good with written and numerical skills
  • Great IT skills

The Location:

Cheddar, Somerset (2 days in the office, 1 day at home)

The Hours:

24 hours per week, can be 3 full days or shorter days across Monday - Friday

The Salary:

£25,000 pro-rata
