Part time Office Administrator

My client are looking for a part time Office Administrator. You must have a great range of skills and wants to add value to a growing, friendly specialist organisation.

Key Duties:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office to help to improve company procedures and oversee the day-to-day operation Assisting the MD with all personnel administration Managing the office running costs, including all utilities, insurance, stationary, waste and recycling.
  • Answering phones
  • Adhoc admin duties
