PART TIME New Homes Sales Exec - Ashford Kent

Based in Kent and seeking part-time work in new homes sales?

• Immediate start!
• 4 days per week (Thursday - Sunday inclusive), 10 - 5pm
• On going contract for at least 6 months, could go permanent.
• £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay (£19.79 PAYE)
• Weekly pay on a Friday.

Based in the marketing suite of a stunning regeneration project on the shoreline of the South East, you'll play a crucial role in meeting/greeting clients, taking note of budgets, booking and conducting viewings.

Ideal for:

• Someone returning to work in the property market who can't yet commit to full time hours.
• A newbie to new homes who wants to gain experience before going permanent as a new homes sales consultant.
• A project or freelance consultant who seeks flexibility between your own commitments or business.

You'll need:

• Exceptional people and sales skills. Ideally from a property background, or having knowledge of selling new homes off-plan.
• Luxury retail, aviation or luxury hospitality background will also be considered.
• The flexibility to work weekends.
