Part Time Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager - Blackburn - Hourly Rate negotiable dependent on experience

A rare opportunity has arisen to join this very well established and highly respected independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand based out of their branch in Blackburn. They are looking for an experienced Part Time Lettings professional who will be carrying out a varied Lettings role to include Property Management and Negotiating. They are looking for someone to work 2 - 3 days a week plus Saturdays on a rota.

Main Duties to include:

  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings for Lettings and Sales
  • Negotiating offers
  • Booking Valuations
  • Lettings Administration
  • Property inspections
  • Dealing with maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants

Essential Skills Required:

  • Lettings Experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Well presented
  • A proactive team player.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car
