Part Time Lettings Administrators

Here are two roles for experienced Administrators to join this company who will provide vital support to their busy Lettings department. This is a hybrid role working between their Chelmsford Head Office and from home. Involving approx. 80% / 20% home / office / split.

Hybrid working will commence once initial training is completed, depending on relevant experience and how quickly you learn the role, this can typically take 2-3 months. You must be prepared to commute to Head Office on a daily basis until such time as their training is deemed complete.

Duties of the role will include (but not limited to):

  • Preparing paperwork linked to tenancy renewals.
  • Booking appointments with tenants for our Property Inspections Clerks.
  • Liaising with internal branches to request specific information linked to tenancy renewals and processing accordingly.
  • Maintaining up-to-date property records on our internal system
  • Process renewal data between Microsoft Excel and our own internal software system
  • Assist with preparing tenancy notices.
  • Processing reports prepared by Property Inspection Clerks and dispatching to the landlord.
  • Manage DocuSign, the digital platform to process landlord/ tenant renewal related paperwork.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous or current experience within Residential Lettings is essential.
  • A proactive 'can do’ attitude and approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Personable and wants to be a team player.
  • An eye for very strong attention to detail is of paramount importance.
  • IT proficient, familiar with MS office packages and able to grasp 'cutting edge’ technology quickly.

Desirable:

  • Well organised and strong attention to detail is essential.

Hours of work

Four days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm (no weekends). Ideally, you will be able to work Fridays although this is not an essential requirement.
