A leading concierge company requires a Japanese and English speaker to support business customers looking for assistance.
Main duties will be, but not limited to;
- Handle e-mail, telephone, messenger enquiries from business customers
- Create daily report
- Maintain organized documents and files
A successful candidate should have;
- Some customer service skills
- Energetic and motivated team players
- People who are passionate about delivering high quality personalised support and have excellent research skills
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Good PC skills
Salary: 18k pro rata
Working hours: 9:00-13:00 Monday-Friday
