Are you a Humanities Teacher with a passion for Geography, Religious Education and History? Tradewind have a long term part time role where you will be responsible for Teaching Humanities at KS3 level.

This school in Grimsby require a strong classroom manager to support them on a 3 day per week basis. The days required are a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

The school as a committed team of staff, who have made fantastic improvements at the school in recent years, with a great culture of continuous improvements, clear and collaborative behaviour management systems, you will be supported, valued and welcomed in joining their staff team.

Pay for this role is to scale, representing a daily rate of between £153.85 and £211.96 per day. This is paid on weekly basis via Tradewind centralised payroll team.

The role is to last until the end of the academic year, however there is also a chance of extension into September. The school also use Tradewind for regular daily supply cover, so as someone akin to the systems and processes, you can be the top name of the school's list for regular day to day bookings.

Requirements -

  • A relevant Teaching qualification / and experience of either Humanities Teaching or Tutoring
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (this can be obtained as part of the registration process with Tradewind)
  • Professional references in line with KCSIE guidelines
  • Commitment to safeguarding and CPD - Tradewind have a partnership with the National College, giving you access to thousands of resources for free
