Part-time HR / ER Advisor

Your new company
An exciting opportunity to join a large organisation with multiple sites across the UK on a newly created HR Advisor (ER Advisor) on a part-time basis for around 22 hours over 3 days, located on site in County Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for an ER Advisor who is looking to be part of a small HR function on site, who is looking for part-time work.

Your new role
In your new position, you will support the HR Business Partners on ER Case Management for the site in County Durham.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues
• Lead & support on informal and formal case meetings (managing the full end-to-end case management)
• Informing the HR team on the status of cases
• Providing general HR/ER advice, guidance and support to all managers
• Producing high quality reports following investigations
• Creating hearing packs & note taking
• Utilising dashboards to identify data trends
• Maintaining monitoring HR Systems

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD Qualified or working towards
• Strong Employment law knowledge
• Working in a similar position previously (ER Advisor)
• Able to build strong working relationships
• Excellent knowledge of a broad range of ER issues

What you'll get in return

• £35,000 - £42,000 (Pro rata for 22.2 hours over 3 days)
