Contract: Permanent, part-time
Salary: £30K - £35K (pro-rata)
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 8am - 5pm
Interview: 1 stage (in-person)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Trafford Park. This role offers a competitive salary of £30K - £35K (pro-rata), reflecting the level of expertise required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive HR service throughout the organisation, ensuring adherence to policies, legislation and best practice. What you'll do:

As an HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, providing essential support across all areas of Human Resources. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing HR processes, supporting line managers with employee relations cases, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining accurate employee records. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to pay negotiations and support on audits. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR policy and procedure queries.
  • Support Line Managers with employee relations cases.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process including producing adverts, assisting with interviews, and drawing up employment contracts.
  • Respond to reference requests and other employee-related enquiries.
  • Prepare contracts of employment and contract amendments.
  • Conduct pay negotiations and apply increases.
  • Support on audits and general administration tasks.
  • Maintain employee records on company systems.
  • Arrange training courses and maintain training records.
