Our client, a successful manufacturing company in Huntingdon are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

Key Duties will include:

  • Oversee recruitment processes
  • Preparing and issuing contracts
  • Provide advice and support to line managers on day-to-day employment issues
  • Operate as the main contact point for more intricate employee relation matters while providing a high level of professional advice and support in matters associated with grievance, performance and discipline
  • Oversee HR internal matters including but not limited to; on-boarding processes, monitoring employee attendance levels and review performance reviews to ensure the line managers to ensure operating standards are adhered
  • Undertake disciplinary and grievance investigations
  • Regularly review benefits, pay structures and rewards

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good generalist HR experience, including Recruitment and On-boarding processes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification highly desirable
  • Experience within manufacturing preferred but not essential.
