Part Time HR Administrator - Hospitality - 1 day a week
Handle has partnered with a leading hospitality business who are looking for a HR Administrator to come on board and support them on a part time basis. This will be for 1 day a week with the hours spread across the week, for example, you could do two half days in the week, or spread the 1 day's hours across 3 days.
Reporting into the Senior Business Partner and working closely with the wider HR team, you will manage the full employee life-cycle including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, inductions, probations etc. as well as managing the freelancer contracts.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years HR Administration experience and understand the full employee lifecycle process. You will be really organised, detail orientated, be passionate about HR and be able to go in and hit the ground running.
