My client is seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join a successful team in a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with general financial duties and administrative tasks within the Accounting & Finance department.
Description
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Handle company invoices and payments
- Support budget planning and forecasting activities
- Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage financial data in company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures and policies
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Offer
- £24,000 per annum full-time salary equivalent
- 20 hours a week
- Immediate start
- 12 months Fixed Term Contract
- Annual bonus scheme
- 33 days annual leave including bank holiday
