Part Time Credit Controller - Immediate Start

We are seeking a talented Credit Controller to join our client's dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm part time role for 20 hours per week, offering competitive hourly rates ranging from £14.42 to £16.83. Our client can provide flexible working patterns but you must be available on Wednesdays.

?? Are you the ideal candidate? ??

Our client is looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Previous credit control experience ??
An analytical mind to tackle complex payment allocations ??
Proficiency in using Sage Line 50 Accounts ???
Experience within the Construction industry �??
Familiarity with managing retentions ??
Excellent communication skills, especially when dealing with QS's ??

?? Reporting and Tasks ??

As a Credit Controller, your primary tasks will include:

Allocating customer payments ??
Reviewing historical payment allocations ??
Preparing and sending customer statements ??
Reviewing and sending sales invoices with supporting paperwork ??
Chasing overdue payments through emails, calls, and letters ??
Tracking retentions, contra charges, and bad debts ??
Agreeing on final account balances ??
Reporting on the above ??
Answering calls and door buzzer ??
Supporting the finance manager with administrative tasks ??
