Join Our Team as a Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper! (5-10 Hours/Week)

Are you an experienced and reliable bookkeeper looking for a flexible remote position? Look no further! Our growing recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join us as a part-time bookkeeper. Work approximately 5-10 hours per week and enjoy the freedom to choose your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements and ensure accuracy.
  • Process invoice requests promptly and accurately.
  • Manage our financial records and keep everything in order.
  • Handle weekly temp payroll tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare VAT returns, complete reports, and process payroll.
  • Manage supplier payments and keep cash flow updated.
  • Perform credit control tasks and follow up on outstanding payments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software Xero is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Availability for 5-10 hours per week.
  • Although this role is remote we would like someone who lives within a commutable distance of our office in Bingham should any meetings be required.
